For pet beds, we recommend measuring your pet’s length and width when they are in a relaxed sleeping position, then selecting a bed that is 10–15 cm larger than this measurement to ensure comfort. For cat trees, consider your cat’s activity level—active cats prefer tall trees with multiple platforms and scratching posts, while senior cats may benefit from low-rise trees with easy access to resting areas. All our pet toys are rigorously tested to meet safety standards for pets. Chew toys are made from non-toxic, durable materials that resist splintering and ingestion, making them suitable for aggressive chewers. Plush toys have reinforced stitching to prevent stuffing from being torn out, and small parts like bells or buttons are securely attached to avoid choking hazards. However, we still recommend supervising your pet during playtime, especially with new toys, to ensure safe and enjoyable use.

Our pet cleaning products are designed to be versatile yet gentle. Disinfectants and odor eliminators are safe for use on hard floors, carpets, pet beds, and crates, but we advise avoiding use on delicate fabrics like silk or suede. All cleaning products are free from harsh chemicals such as bleach and ammonia, so they won’t irritate your pet’s skin or respiratory system. For best results, follow the usage instructions on each product label.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and your order details. We will review your request promptly and offer solutions such as a replacement, refund, or return. Please note that defects caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered by our after-sales service.
