We will notify you in advance if there is any delay in processing caused by product stock adjustments or special production requirements.

Shipping Zones and Delivery Time

  1. Standard Shipping: This is the default shipping method for all orders. The delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order is shipped. It is suitable for most pet toys and small-sized pet cleaning products, with stable and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Expedited Shipping: For customers who need to receive their orders urgently, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. The delivery time is 1–3 business days after shipment. This method is recommended for large pet furniture that requires quick assembly or pet cleaning supplies needed for emergency use.

Please note that delivery times are for reference only and may be affected by factors such as peak shopping seasons, bad weather, or logistics adjustments in remote areas.

Shipping Fees Calculation


Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of the products, and your delivery address:

  • For orders with a total amount reaching the minimum free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees will be fully waived. This policy applies to all pet toys, small pet cleaning products, and lightweight pet furniture.
  • For oversized or heavy pet furniture (such as large pet beds, multi-layer cat trees), additional shipping fees will be charged according to the actual logistics cost, which will be clearly displayed on the order confirmation page before you make the payment.
  • The additional fee for expedited shipping is determined by the order weight and delivery distance, and the specific amount will be automatically calculated by the system when you select this shipping method.

Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the real-time logistics status of your package on the official website of the logistics provider. For large pet furniture, the logistics company will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time to ensure that someone is available to sign for the package.

Shipping Restrictions and Notes


  1. Product Packaging: All pet furniture will be reinforced with shock-absorbing materials and anti-scratch packaging to prevent damage during transportation. Pet toys and cleaning supplies will be sealed and packaged to avoid contamination.
  2. Undeliverable Addresses: If the delivery is failed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional re-shipping fees incurred. Please double-check your address information when placing an order.
  3. Shipping Exclusions: We do not currently ship to PO boxes, remote islands, or areas with incomplete logistics coverage. If your address falls into these categories, the system will prompt you during the order placement process.
